After-sales problem
After sale application:
1. Open the website and go to the My Order page.
2. Find the order that needs to be applied for after sale.
3. In the order details page, find the "Return/refund" button and click to enter the after-sales application page.
4. On the after-sales application page, select the after-sales type to be applied, such as refund, return, etc.
5. After submitting the application, wait for after-sales processing.
6. If the merchant agrees to the sale, the order can go to the next step. After sales orders will be closed if you refuse. After the merchant agrees to return the product for a refund, click Return.
7. Fill in the return express and tracking number, submit the goods received by the merchant, the money will be returned to the original way.

In the after-sales application process, merchants and customers should maintain good communication and provide the required certification materials and information in a timely manner, which will help speed up the after-sales processing progress.
