CYBERTCM User Privacy Agreement

First, user information protection

1.CYBERTCM respects users' personal information and undertakes to comply with relevant laws and regulations when processing users' personal information and to take reasonable security measures to protect users' personal information.

2.CYBERTCM will not provide users' personal information to third parties without their consent, unless permitted by law or required by government authorities.

2. Personal Information Collection

1.CYBERTCM may collect personal information of users in the process of providing services, including but not limited to name, gender, age, contact information, geographical location, etc.

2. Users have the right to choose whether to provide personal information, but some functions may require users to provide necessary information to use.

Use of personal information

1.CYBERTCM will only use the user's personal information with the user's consent or as permitted by law

2.CYBERTCM may perform data analysis based on user information in order to improve the service and enhance the user experience

4. Disclosure of personal information

1. CYBERTCM may disclose the user's personal information in the following circumstances

5. Personal Information storage

1.CYBERTCM will take reasonable technical and management measures to ensure the security of user personal information. 2.CYBERTCM will periodically back up the stored user personal information to prevent data loss

6. Personal information security

1.CYBERTCM will take reasonable security measures to protect users' personal information and prevent it from being obtained or misused by unauthorized third parties. 2.CYBERTCM is responsible for the user's information security, and will take immediate measures to protect the user's information security if any suspicious behavior is found.

Vii. User Rights and Responsibilities

1. Users have the right to view, modify and delete their personal information, which can be realized by contacting customer service.

The user shall ensure that the personal information provided is true, accurate and complete, and shall not provide false information or misleading information. If any violation is found, CYBERTCM reserves the right to take appropriate action.
